How to claim, pay and get shipping
  1. Use one account. Sign in with the same email each time. Keep your name, TikTok username and phone number current for live claims.
  2. Claims are commitments to buy. Tell Mallory which item you want during the TikTok live. She records the agreed price in your account.
  3. Pay your first claim and shipping first. After that first payment is confirmed, you can collect additional claims and pay your remaining balance before the live ends. Shopify handles secure checkout and applicable tax.
  4. Payment is due by the end of the live. Any claims left unpaid when the live ends will be forfeited and made available for resale. Please complete checkout before leaving the live.
  5. Already paid? Return to the Studio tab and choose Check payment / Update status. Do not pay twice. Your Shopify login may differ from your Studio login.
  6. Combined shipping. Purchases stay together in your open shipping batch. Later claims in that batch have no additional standard shipping charge; Mallory will review heavy or unusual orders with you. Once the batch ships, your next purchase starts a new shipping batch.
  7. Need help? Text 929-655-4367 with your name and claim or order reference. Never send card details or passwords. Text alerts are optional.
