The Mallory’s Gem Drop text program uses 1-844-747-0067. Text sending is awaiting activation. Signing up does not send a text or guarantee a delivery date.

Optional subscriptions

You must provide a US mobile number you control and expressly select each category you want. Marketing texts cover live sales, shop announcements and calendar updates, with a variable frequency of up to 12 per month. Payment reminder texts are sent up to once per hour during a live while claims remain unpaid, plus one final reminder at closing with one hour to pay. Paying all claims stops the hourly cycle; winning more starts a fresh cycle. Customers who previously agreed to one reminder per show must renew their payment-text consent before receiving hourly reminders. Portal messages and consignment task texts vary with your account activity. Choices are separate from email and are not preselected for new subscribers. Consent is not required to purchase, bid, consign or have an account.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. We do not charge a separate signup fee. Messages may be automated. Delivery depends on your carrier and connection and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all texts. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To stop an individual category, update Text preferences. Reply HELP for assistance once texting is active, visit Text support, or email hello@malsgemdrop.com. Keyword handling must be active before customer texting begins. Text JOIN signup is not currently offered.

Payments and number changes

A claim reminder is not a payment receipt. Complete payment through the checkout provided in Studio. If already paid, update your claim status instead of paying twice. Update or disable your subscription before giving up or changing your mobile number. Never send payment card information or passwords by text.
