Information used for text alerts
We use your mobile number, Studio account identifier, selected alert categories, consent disclosure and time, and preference changes to manage your subscription. For payment reminders, Studio checks whether your live claims await payment confirmation. Our texting provider processes message content, numbers and delivery information to provide the service.
How we use and share it
We use this information to send only the text categories you select, support your account, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse and keep subscription records. We do not sell or share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Service providers may process it only to operate, secure and support our messaging service. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
Text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing, bidding, consigning or creating an account. Marketing, payment reminders, portal texts and email have separate choices. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all texts, or update individual categories at Text preferences. Reply HELP for assistance when texting is active.
Records and requests
We retain subscription and delivery records as needed to provide the service, honor suppression requests and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Turning off texts does not delete your orders or Studio account. Contact hello@malsgemdrop.com to request access, correction or deletion of text subscription information. We may retain limited opt-out records so we do not text you again.
